Mailing Options

There are several methods of mailing the specimen to the Navarro Medical Clinic.

NOTE: During this Pandemic days, it is our observation that using First Class International Air Mail system is taking longer than it is used to be. In fact, most of the parcel we received are coming in our facility beyond 1 month. However, the parcels that are coming in in time are parcels sent through EMS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL but their charges are quite hefty.

  1. USPS First Class Mail International if sending from the USA, this is the most popular choice. It will usually take 10-14 days and may only require 3 Regular Stamps or if your time permits, you may visit your nearest Post Office, have it weigh to find out the postage. Pack the specimen using No 10 Security Envelope (4 1/2 in X 9 1/2 in) also known as Business envelope. When using this option, please mark the word VIA AIR MAIL on the lower left front side of the envelope. THIS IS THE RECOMMENDED METHOD of mailing considering the mailing cost and the length of time in reaching the destination.

  2. USPS Priority Mail International if sending from the USA, It will usually take 6-10 days and maybe longer during peak season like Holidays and Christmas. When using this option, please declare the contents as DOCUMENT and NO AMOUNT VALUE . Do not use Registered nor Certified Mail option. Our observation shows that it even takes longer since the Philippine Postal System holds it. This option normally costs around $16.00.

  3. USPS Express Mail International if sending from the USA, This will usually takes 3-5 days and maybe longer during peak season like Holidays and Christmas. When using this option, please declare the contents as DOCUMENT and NO AMOUNT VALUE . Do not use the Registered nor Certified Mail option. 5. Using EMS, Federal Express, DHL or UPS are also an option but the mailing charge varies depending on their services. When using this option, please declare the contents as DOCUMENT and NO AMOUNT VALUE . Do not use Registered nor Certified Mail or any option that requires signatures.

  6. Please put 02.8714.7442 for the contact Phone Number.

NOTE: The Navarro Medical Clinic is not responsible for paying the Customs duties and taxes that may be imposed on the parcel. This usually happens if the parcel is mailed via USPS Global Express, EMS, Federal Express, DHL or UPS. However, when this occurs, rather than refusing the acceptance of the parcel, the Clinic is willing to pay, upon their discretion, only up to 5% of the Test charge amount. If the Custom duty is greater than 5% of the Test Charge, then the Clinic will refuse the parcel from the courier. Instead, the Clinic recommends that the patient send in another specimen and mail it via USPS First Class Mail International. However, in this case, the patient does not need to pay another Test Charge.
